Common questions

Where do I find the partner program in the administration?

Under Marketing, Affiliate program. The entry opens the dashboard; every page shows the side menu on the left with Overview, Partners, Marketing, Commission, Payout, Network and System.

Where are the settings of the plugin?

In the side menu of the affiliate program under System, Settings. Every setting applies per sales channel or to all sales channels. The chapter All settings describes every field.

Is there help right in the admin?

Yes. Every page of the affiliate program has a “Help” button at the top right with explanations for exactly that page. The side menu links this manual under System, Documentation.

Which Shopware version is the manual for?

For the plugin on Shopware 6 in the current version. It describes the full range of functions of the plugin.

Is the manual available in German too?

Yes, every chapter is also available in German at shop-affiliate.de/handbuch/.
