Four places where the plugin appears
The daily work and the base settings live apart. That is deliberate: settings apply per sales channel, the partners themselves do not.
The operating guide for the administration. Every section, every tab, every field and every view, in the order you meet them. Why a commission is the size it is has a chapter of its own: The calculation path.
The daily work and the base settings live apart. That is deliberate: settings apply per sales channel, the partners themselves do not.
The list answers the two questions you have most often: who brings something, and who is waiting for me? Which columns are visible you set yourself, as in every Shopware list.
Top right in the list. The difference is whether the customer account already exists.
Two cards. The first is the partner themselves, the second decides how they are rewarded.
The inheritance is the important part. While it stands, the card shows the shop-wide values from the configuration and the partner follows every change to them automatically. Only once you remove it does a separate value apply to this partner.
Three cards of the file show themselves only when there is something to decide. For a long-activated partner with no open requests they are invisible, which is exactly why they are easy to miss.
An accepted code takes effect at once. The old one loses its validity with your confirmation, and recruited customers and orders are adjusted along with it; that can take a few seconds. The marker in the partner list is the signal for exactly these three cases: it flags partners where an application or a code request is waiting for your decision.
One card with the code and a Change partner code button. If the partner has requested a change, it appears here for a decision, and the list flags them with the marker.
A single selection field. It assigns an existing Shopware promotion; it does not configure one.
Two cards, and exclusively the rates that hang on this partner.
Which rate wins in the end when several apply is described in The calculation path. The partner rate stands last in the order and is therefore often beaten by another one.
Despite the name, only the manual bookings stand here. The commissions that arose automatically live under Statistics.
The automatic counter-entry after a cancellation lands here too, with the note you word in the configuration.
Below the list sits a card of its own, without a title, carrying the Create new entry button. It opens a "Manual booking" window with four fields; after saving, a message confirms that the booking was stored.
The largest tab. Everything that came out of orders lives here.
To end a collaboration, Active is the right route, not deleting: that keeps the history readable and the assignment of the referred customers in place.
Vouchers the partner converts themselves. A payout, by contrast, waits for your decision, and it has a section of its own next to the partner list.
A click on a request opens everything you need to decide. The transfer itself happens outside the shop, in the process you already have.
The VAT ID sits here because it decides the net calculation. If it is stored and the setting is active, the receipt names the net amount; see Reward and payout. The orders card explicitly recommends a manual plausibility check before you confirm, and it can be empty: requests from before plugin version 5.0.0 logged no orders, and a notice stands there instead of the list.
Everything on this page is generated straight from the plugin configuration. When a setting changes in the plugin, this page changes with it.
Under Marketing, Partner program. Two sections sit side by side there: Partners and Payouts. The plugin settings live separately under Extensions, My extensions, Affiliate & Partner Program, Configuration, and apply per sales channel.
Name, partner code, voucher code, customer, active, clicks, referred customers, orders, revenue in the month, revenue in the year, redeemable commission and the creation date. Plus a column on the far left for a marker flagging partners who are waiting for a decision from you. Which columns are visible you set yourself, as in every Shopware list.
Through two buttons at the top of the list. "Create partner" turns an existing customer account into a partner. "Create partner & customer" produces both in one go, with the customer's base data and address, and is the route for agencies, practices or sales reps who never order from you.
Six: base data, partner code, promotional voucher, commission rates, bookings and statistics. The statistics are split again into six views: overview, orders, customers, commissions, vouchers and payouts.
The Options card first shows the shop-wide values from the configuration. Only once you remove the inheritance can you set a differing kind of reward and an own bonus for this one partner. While the inheritance stands, the partner automatically follows every change to the shop-wide setting.
No. The Promotional voucher tab assigns an existing Shopware promotion to the partner, nothing more. Amount, code, usage limits and conditions you set in the promotion itself, under Marketing, Discounts & promotions. On request the plugin creates the promotion from a template in the configuration.
Not in the partner file. The Commission rates tab carries only two cards: the partner's commission with type and value, and a differing rate for follow-up orders. Rates on customer, product, category and dynamic product group hang on those objects and only take effect once individual commission is switched on in the configuration.
In the base data tab of the partner file. While a partner is not activated, the Application card stands there with the customer's comment and the "Activate partner" button. There is no "Activated" switch, activation is this one click, and afterwards the card disappears. The marker on the left of the partner list flags exactly these cases.
In the bookings tab, through the "Create new entry" button in the untitled card below the list. The window has four fields: commission, redeemed commission, private comment and public comment. A negative amount is a deduction, and the partner reads the public comment in their account.
Three cards. Information with partner, amount, account holder, bank, IBAN, BIC and the VAT ID. Orders with order date, order number, customer, order status, revenue, total and redeemed commission, manual bookings marked as such. And Payout with the two buttons "Confirm payout" and "Decline payout". Requests from before plugin version 5.0.0 logged no orders.
Exclusively the manual bookings, with date, amount, the share already redeemed and two comments: a private one only you see, and a public one the partner reads in their account. The commissions that arose automatically you find under Statistics, Commissions.
Under Statistics, Orders. The Commissioned column shows a tick or a cross per order, with the date of the commissioning next to it. Through the context menu of the row you open the full calculation path of that order with "Show log".
Yes. Under Statistics, Customers you find the customer number, name and email address of the referred customers. What is anonymised is only the view the partner sees in the storefront: there a first name, an initial and a town appear.
